Imagine you could earn money surfing the web. Yes, just doing what comes naturally online, looking at interesting web pages and being paid to do so. Well, you don't have to imagine, because you really can be paid to surf web pages.
Of course, you will have to sign up with a company that specializes in a paid to surf program, and you can't realistically expect to be paid to surf your favorite games site, sports site or celebrity gossip site, if that's what you like.
